Saturday School Subscription Information
How billing works for Vibe Arts Saturday School (Junior Vibe and Main School), in one place. This page forms part of the Saturday School Terms & Conditions.
How you pay
- Every student is on a rolling monthly subscription: 12 payments a year, taken automatically by card through the Vibe Arts Saturday Portal on the 1st of each month. Together they cover three 11-week terms, with the cost spread evenly.
- Please keep a valid payment card in your Saturday Portal, especially if your card expires or is replaced.
- If you prefer, you can choose to pay termly instead. Each term’s invoice is four times the monthly fee (with any sibling discount), sent from the Saturday Portal. You can switch in the Portal and it applies from the next term.

Payments begin one month before each term, so that the cost is spread evenly. There is also a joining fee of £25 for each new student, which is non-refundable.

Sibling discount
- We take 10% off the monthly fee of every child in a family except the one with the highest fee.
- It does not apply to the joining fee or uniform, or to a child on a special rate.
Pausing or leaving
- To pause or stop your child’s place for the next term, complete our official form at www.vibearts.co.uk/give-notice by the date below.

- If notice is not received by these dates, the next term’s payments still apply, even if your child does not attend.
- Mid-term cancellations do not stop payments, as the cost is spread equally across the year.
- No refunds are given for missed sessions, student absences, or early withdrawals.
