Melissa Quinn-Hillier

Mel is a passionate and dedicated professional in the world of dance and musical theatre, having recently graduated from the Urdang Academy with a degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. She has a deep love for all things related to musical theatre, with a particular fondness for comedy acting and a lifelong admiration for Wicked, her favourite musical.

Mel's approach to teaching is rooted in her desire to help students work hard while also having fun, making her both approachable and adaptable in her teaching methods. She is committed to ensuring each student benefits fully from her classes by tailoring her approach to suit their individual needs.

During her training at Urdang, Mel had the incredible opportunity to serve as Assistant Director to Tania Azevedo on her third-year musical production of Spring Awakening. This experience allowed her to explore her creativity both on stage and behind the scenes, an area she is particularly passionate about.

Mel is excited to bring her vibrant energy and enthusiasm to her students, creating an exciting and supportive environment where they can thrive and grow.
