Jasmin Skeete

Jasmin is a performing arts educator, director and writer and has been a lover of all things theatre from the tender age of 3. As a teen, she attended a performing arts Saturday school and performed in some of London’s top west end venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Early on she realised she had a passion for sharing her love of theatre and performing arts with others.

After graduating from Southern Theatre Arts Centre with a degree in Theatre Arts in 2011, she worked as a dance facilitator and choreographer for local schools and performance groups, whilst also doing a few performance gigs too.

In 2015, she obtained her PGCE in education and has been working in schools in and around London ever since as a performing arts educator, subject lead and pastoral lead.

Jasmin has recently published her first play written about and for young people, after it being performed professionally in April 2024.

Jasmin is one of our LAMDA coaches on a Saturday.
