Alex Bird

Alex studied at Sylvia Young theatre school and then at London Studio Centre. 

Most recently she was Assistant choreographer/Dance coach (to Timothée Chalamet and Calah Lane) and a Dancer on Warner brothers WONKA, due to be released December 2023. 

Her credits include Matilda (Cambridge Theatre), Wicked (Apollo Victoria), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (UK tour), Tommy (Blackpool), High school musical 2 (UK tour), Cats (Cyprus), Les Miserables in concert (Tour).

As a child she performed in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (London Palladium), Whistle Down the Wind (Aldwych), The Secret Garden as Mary Lennox (Aldwych), Les Miserables as Young Cosette (Palace Theatre) and Tommy (Shaftesbury theatre).

She has performed live on The X factor, The Olivier Awards, the Royal Variety performance and the Disney Channel kids awards. Alex was part of the Original London Cast recording of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
